It seems that the card you used was used on another account for the same promotion, that's the reason you are not eligible for the offer.

Check with your bank the state of the charge, if it shows as "pending" it will be returned.

The same thing happend to me but I had open an account for my son. So that means that we're not eligible to get any offers and will it be refunded automatically? Or do I tell my bank that it was a b.s. charge?
