It says "you can only use spotify abroad for 14 days" how can i upgrade spotify when i cant even acces my account?

As you must have seen in the link I posted in your other thread, you need a payment method with a billing address in the country and since yours isn't in the list yet, you either be patient until Spotify becomes available there as well or you can pay from another country with another matching payment and billing address. If you go with second option, I'm giving you some extra info on how to access your account in order to change your info here
