Log in through facebook button does nothing?

Hello fellows 😉

 

So I reacently had to log out of all of my facebook accounts in order to make sure I was secure since I've been getting some facebooks issues. (Not that this matters) What the case really is, is that I no longer are able to log in through facebook. When I click the Log In With Facebook button nothing happens at all.

 

I've tried to re-install/download Spotify but nothing happens! :// 

Keep in mind this is on pc only, as Im able to log in through facebook on my phone 🙂

Hey @BlaZiNOG,

 

Try to login directly to the app using your Facebook email address (the one you use to login) as username and your Facebook password.

Try to login directly to the app using your Facebook email address (the one you use to login) as username and your Facebook password.

Hi! I am having the same problem. But I'm on a Mac. The button does nothing whatsoever. I tried logging in on my computer because the search function isn't working on my phone (IPhone). It just says "search failed" repeatedly. I'm running out of devices to try! Thanks!

Hey @juleslyn,

 

Try to login directly to the app using your Facebook email address (the one you use to login) as username and your Facebook password.

 

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app in your iPhone. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

Hi- sorry, I forget to mention, I tried that after you suggested it before. It's not doing anything, meaning it's not even saying incorrect password/username, it's just reloading as though I never tried to log in at all.
