As I've translated everything correctly, you're saying you bought an month of Premium, but your account still says it's on the free subscription?
Could you please make sure you've logged in to the right account (where you bought the Premium for), you could take an look at your invoice for the username, so you can login to the right account.
If it still says Free on the my account page, I think the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can check out what's going wrong.
You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Pagaste imprimiendo el codigo de barras? En no mas de 24 hrs, debes recibir un email de recibo de pago por parte de Spotify. Busca alli el nombre de usuario que pagaste.
Busca donde dice:
Nombre de usuario/ID: xxxxxxx
Da logout en tu dispositivo y usa ese nombre de usuario para dar login.
Despues, entra a tu perfil del sitio web con ese nombre de usuario para ver tu status de suscripcion y checa tus recibos de pago.
Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde a ese mensaje (aun si la direccion es 'no-reply') y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.

Las promos solo pueden ser pagadas con tarjeta a traves de su sitio. Llena este formulario y alguien de Spotify te respondera en 24 hrs habiles.
Debes estar pendiente de la carpeta Spam, ya que muchas veces la respuestas llegan alli. Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde a ese mensaje (aun si la direccion es 'no-reply') y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.

i paid the 3 months of spotify for 36 pesos whit credit card and everithyng wAS FINE but once i change my password i reenter to my acount and surprise i was a free user again so wtf how is than jusy by the simple thing of chaging the password this hapends or do i have to whait a day until or what else should i do i hope in this forum canyou help me whit this issue thanks and forgive my lack of sense of typing in english i still need to improve my skills jejeje

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Me acaba de aparecer mi primer cargo por usar premiun, pero en mi pc aún aparece free, estoy de febrero con este problema.
Como puedo hacerlo para eliminar la suscripcion ya que tampoco me aparece en mi usuario cuando voy a cuentas.
