Site says my account is free but I am using premium on the applications

Hello,

While I was looking for the year in music mail I checked my Spotify account. It's a family account and I'm the owner/master. So me and everyone I have invited have premium, which is somewhat not the case. None of the members have experienced any problems and all have premium, so do I. But when I'm looking at spotify.com I'm seeing I'm using the free subscription. Which is not possible because I'm paying for premium and I've been using it for 1.5 years now. I'm really curious about the year in music stats but because the website thinks I'm a free member I might not get a mail from spotify. Here are some pics that show what's going on.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What is the solution? I have this issue? Who can I contact?

Still no solution

Same problem, so I can't update my profile to the country I'm currently living in... Anyone has a solution?
