Still premium

Still premium

Hello..

I had a premium account until 5-8-15 but it is now 8-8-15 and my account is still premium. My account was cancelt before 5-8-15 i have a mail to support that. Can somebody helpt me because i dont what to pay this price.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Did you get a confirmation email to say that you successfully cancelled your subscription? If you didn't, then you probably didn't jump through all the hoops to cancel. Try going to your subscriptions page and cancelling again, making sure you hit yes to the waves of Are you sures. On that note, what does your subscriptions page say?

 

If you did get a confirmation email that probably also means your subscriptions page linked above shows you as being on free. If this is the case, you probably have a second account. Did you sign up with facebook or a username at some point? Try logging in with one of them and see if that's on premium as well.

I have had a email that conformt that my premium ended at 2015-08-05 20:45 UTC and even when i log in it say that it wil end but it is stil premium.

Please somebody help me

Hi,

 

When you say that the client says it will end, what do you mean? Could you screenshot the message you're seeing?

 

If it says the premium will terminate then you won't be charged again, as that means it will revert to free on whatever date is displaying.

Have you been charged since 15-08-05?

 

Is your application in offline mode or something like that? If you dont have an interent connection or it is in offline mode, you can go 30 days before it makes you go online to check your susbcription.

 

What Operating system are you running Spotify on?

it's in dutch but this is the mail i get when i have cancelled my subscription.

Hallo Stefan Hierbij laten we je weten dat je Spotify-abonnement is geannuleerd. Het wordt op 2015-08-05 20:45 UTC op non-actief gezet.We vinden het jammer je niet meer als abonnee te hebben, maar je kunt altijd terugkomen. Je kunt je via je account gewoon opnieuw abonneren.

But there is something new happend. now when i log in they have adjust the date to 5-9-15 iam not happy with that! how is this possible?

The oprating systeem is windows 10 but it also works on my iPhone..
