My family premium was frozen, when I reinstated it, all the members was gone

I had a family premium, some problems happened and my account was frozen. Despitw I reinstated it today, all my members are gone.Also, spotify promised me to charge me less for three more months, but now I am being charged more expwnsive.Please help
