Help me! I pay for premium but I don't get it!!

I've paid for spottily premium but it won't work. On my account side it says that I have spottily free. I've tried to send a couple of emails to the support, but no answer. So i'm trying this instead, hoping that somebody will answer me!

Why was I charged TWICE for my Spotify subscription?

My account was charged TWICE this month for my Spotify Premium subscription through Paypal. Can I get one of the charges reversed, or have it apply toward October?
