Very slow loading at times.

I feel like I have to watch the progress circle go around and around for a few minutes every time I want to listen. What is happening here?I have a brand new moto z so don't blame the phone!

Daily Mix Issue

Songs aren't building as i listen to daily mixes OR artist radio stations....i am active as i like or dislike each song...but the radio or daily mix ALWAYS stops abruptly after a set number of songs... how do I fix this?
