issues with headphones and Galaxy S5

Hi There, For some reason spotify doesn't play through my headphones. The songs will play on my phone and as soon as i plug in my headphones the sound stops but the songs still play? Could anyone help me with this issue? Many thanks Lee

Spotify has suddenly stopped message...
