Cannot use Web player and the app

My Question or Issue

My Spotify on my PC does not  work anymore and I don't know why. I can login but I can't load the web player or the app. But I can use it normally on my phone. I tried every possible way such as reinstall the app, Flush DNS, using a different account, change internet connection. But when I turn on VPN the web player works normally. So I want to find out a way to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far.

As a next step, can you please check your hosts file using this guide? Also, please let us know if the desktop app works with the VPN as well.
