I can't update Spotify deskopt application. Everytime I'm trying to update it (by restarting Spotify) it displays a error "Spotify Installer has stopped working". Re-installing Spotify doesn't result. Any tips for fixing it?

I see this during syncing.. What is it?

While I was syncing with my phone. I see the third playlist to the right of "Starred". Has no name, and when I hover and click on the "Go to Playlist" overlay, nothing happens. It can be checked and unchecked though. How do I get rid of it?
