Playback stops after playing few songs on Echo devices

We've received multiple reports where repeat stops working & playback pauses after a few songs on Amazon Echo devices.

this has been happening for weeks note to me and others. I’ve tried all troubleshooting. But Alexa stops playing Spotify after 1 or 2 songs and I have to go into my phone and restart the music instead of asking Alexa to resume.

i pay for premium and I love it but so I have to now switch to Amazon Music? 

other threads have no solution.

This isn't a good response. Firstly, it's not "fixed" until the users say
so. Furthermore, your inability to give a timeframe is ridiculous. How long
will it be before the users can say it's "fixed"?

It's kinda fixed but after a few hours it went weird but I'm getting help in my own post but to summarise what's happening now.

After a while my music on my alexa went silent but when I went on my spotify app it showed it's still playing the same song on my alexa but instead of the 0:58 (length of the song) it said it was 3:36:42 into the 0:58 song which is impossible and it was just playing silently. Also spotify playing music always shows up in my notifications even if the app isn't open which is annoying since if I turn my phone volume up it changes my alexas volume instead sometimes.

It is not fixed. And now Alexa says it can only play up to eight hours of scheduled (routine) music.

Not like it goes past 10 minutes to an hour tops lately anyway

Not fixed still randomly stopping after 1-4 songs.

It worked for me on one echo dot but when I switched to a different one it kept pausing. It also plays on my phone and the device after I've selected it.

It's very very far from fixed. Also,still no coms from spotify end and the issue is approx. 3 weeks old (find the bug, correct the code,test and deploy is not requires that amount of time. It's not writing a major release)
