Superuser Contribution I was forced to pay twice for the same service before it ended.

I had free trial of premium and then decided to cancel it. I changed my mind and wanted to renew it but they made me pay for a new month again. When I was supposed to pay in 16th July.

Why is the app not recognizing I have a Premium account?
