No Longer able to shuffle music folders??

I thought it was a primuim problem, or an update with my phone/app (Updated my phone and app) but i used to be able to shuffle my music from any folder/Sub folder i created. am i missing something??

Playback notification not working

When playing a song the playback is staying at 0:00 on the lock screen and notification centre. Even skipping songs doesn’t help. Screenshot is 10 seconds into the song. It works in control panel. iPhone XiOS 11.2.6
