Phone keeps redownloading all of my music

For no reason at all my spotify music will be I downloaded and then my phone will redownload it all again (i have about 1000 songs) and it’s very annoying.

Issue with Spotify crashing in BMW

Spotify crashes after about 3 songs when I use it in my BMW via iDrive. Sometimes it even doesn’t appear on the iDrive menu. Seems to have started since latest iOS update. Any ideas?????

Carplay Problems with Library > Albums

When using carplay - if I go to My Library > Albums its only showing the first 10 albums or so and it doesnt scroll down any more. Is there anyway to submit a technical support ticket about this?

Solved!! Lock screen song time

The bar that shows how much of the song has already played stays at 0:00 and never moves. Nor does the dot. In the screen cap, this song has already been playing for about a minute. I tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn’t do anything.
