Solved!! I don't have Radio and personal playlists

for some reason, on the iOS apps (iPhone and iPad), the Radio tab dosn't exists, while i see it on my Mac. Also, it has been 3 weeks, and i didn't receive my personal playlists yet (daily mix, discover weekly etc..). Anyone knows how to fix it?

Iphone is counting as 2 offline devices.

Which is a pain considering you only get 3 devices. I use 3 devices, my PC, my iphone, and my ipad. But since my iphone counts as 2 devices, my PC offline access was withdrawn.
