Song not showing up on playlist on iphone

Put a local file song onto my playlist on mac. Can listen to it fine on there however the song doesn't even appear on my spotify mobile. Hasn't happened with other local files. Tried everything (i think).

Sort playlist according to latest added songs, does not work anymore.

Since a few updates back, the sort playlist according to latest added songs does not work. My playlis contains 1420 songs and when sorting latest added, the song in the top is far away from the latest added.... Anyone else noticed this bug?

I was on a 20 hour car ride, I have a free subscription if that makes any difference, and Spotify only used 300MB out of my 2GB allowance, and it went from using 96KB per hour, to using 101MB per hour, how do I make the data usage go back down?
