Specific Spotify song always starts playing at 2:46 instead of the start

I seem to be having difficulty with a specific song on my Spotify playlist. Whenever I play The Strays by Sleepjng with Sirens it's starts off at 2:46 instead of 0. I have premium and the song downloaded, help?

Superuser Contribution Some downloaded songs have disappeared.

I downloaded some full albums ( Wish You Were Here for example ), but now i just can view and play 2 or 3 songs of these. I have Premium version.

Some songs will not play on IPhone

Why is it that some of the songs I put in a playlist, will play on the desktop, but not on the phone? Is it some sort of rights issue? If so, why play on one over the other?
