So since I can't post in the bug section and there is really no way to submit a big to Spotify using the contact form, I will just post it here.

When using PayPal to fund a Spotify account, if the account linked to PayPal has no money in it, the spotify account will still be active. I assume this is because the way Spotify is programmed, it is set to continue subscription upon submitted payment NOT upon payment approval. So PayPal approves the payment and sends the information to the card on file to get the payment as an eCheck but since there is no money in the account, it doesn't process and the pending payment turns in to a cancelled payment successfully enabling Spotify to function as a premium account for another month without paying a penny.

ChristianTW - Hey! This isn't a bug, no. When the payment doesn't go through, we'll try taking payment for a month (it depends on the type of failure though). After a month, your account will revert back to free.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Well it has been happening for a while apparently. I just checked my PayPal account and it has failed to go through 3 times because the account I was using, I had closed, and I am still on a premium account.
