Samsung s7, can only download music, not play any song from playlist

When I signed out of all my accounts and signed back in, I am now only able to download song from my Playlist, or play radio. I can noongwr just play songs from my Playlist.I'm a premium member and my service coverage is sufficient/works on my phone.

Why did the new update delete all of my saved music?

Subject explains all. Not only could I not find my library for nearly a week, but once I found my "favorites", all of my music was gone.
