Shared playlists & audiobooks not working on Kids/Managed accounts

We’ve been receiving reports that playlists and audiobooks shared with Kids & Managed accounts are not playing. Some are seeing an error message saying “this is currently unavailable”.

[Android] Playlists not loading

We're seeing reports from users that self-created playlists (including Liked Songs) won’t load on Android devices. This mostly seems to be happening to Samsung devices, both on mobile and tablet.

Transitions don't play correctly

Hey folks, We've been getting reports that the transitions between songs are not being timed correctly the first time you start a playlist. When restarted, the transitions work as expected. This is being looked into & we'll keep you posted.

Offline music being removed when closing and relaunching the app
