Spotify still charge me after I have unsubcribed premium more than one month ago

I have unsubcribed premium more than one month ago and today spotify still charge me 10.81$. Then i check my spotify account type and it is still free account ( not premium). Please fix this and issue a refund. Thank you

Just subscribed to premium, but still on free account

I just subscribed to premium but after checked it, it's still on free. And i didn't get an email that i've subscribed. I've tried to reinstall, and logout and still on free. Please help.

"Unable to Renew Subscription"

Hi I bought the year subscription and get constant notifications both on the android app and PC that my subscription wasn't renewed. I'm definitely still able to use premium features but this annoying notification won't go away.

Double payment and no premium servis

My premuim account has been suspended when you make me pay two times a month de premium service. Its a shame!! Even more you dont offer a number to contact spotify. You must solve this when im paying double and having no service
