Cancelled Spotify Family order

got 30 instead of 60 free prem days.

Hi. I've been trying to subscribe to premium via pay by mobile (smart) for a 1 month subscription but after tapping 'continue' , it says something wrong. I tried 7 days too and still the same problem. Help me with this problem Thanks
