New Phone - spotify did not switch over

I purchased Spotify premium and recently got a new phone and switched everything over. When I signed into my Spotify - all of my music is gone and it's as if I am a new member. How can I fix this ?

The songs stop and don't continue the playlist/album

Sometimes it plays for example 6 songs from an album or playlist and then the sound stops but it looks like the song is still playing (counting seconds).
