I can't listen offline even if I am a premium member

Since few days I have problems with my playlists on my iphone...even if I made them available offline, some of the tracks are NO LONGER available offline! As a result, only half of the playlist is available now! How is it possibile?????

Ipad does not show all albums.

I have been told to start a new thread if I have questions, so here goes. If I search an artist on my Macbook I get far more results than if I use my iPad. Ie I may get 20 or 30 albums on the Macbook, but only 5 or 6 on my iPad. Why is this..?
