Solved!! spotify premium but unable to stream on my iphone

I signed up for premium today, but when I try to stream on my iphone it says that only premium users are allowed and forces me to listen to a radio station. So frustrating! Seems like a common problem, what do I do?

Premium subscription wont update on my ipod touch.
