Why isn't there a simple "DOWNLOADS" folder on Spotify?

I used to be able to see a folder (?) listing of all the albums/songs I had downloaded on my phone but that no longer exists? Now I have to go searching through albums/songs and look for the green indicator? Why oh why can't they just be in one place...

Spotify automatically starts playing thru Bluetooth in my truck even when the app is closed
