i forgot that i subscribe spotify premium to my prepaid plan. i havent used it in awhile. today it just charged me because i reload my prepaid plan. can i get a refund? i viewed your help site, but no answer.

When I view my Release Radar playlist, the title, description, and text in the playlist image are all in Korean. Both my system and app language are set to English. Release Radar is the only playlist which does this.
