Playlist is missing from account

Not sure what's going on but one of my playlist I recently created is not appearing in my account. The playlist is called Party Mode Engaged. It's not appearing in my deleted playlist either so I think this is a Spotify issue. Whats going on?

Got premium and suddenly i cant login
