Audiobooks. I am the plan manager. I have listened to one hour. Now locked

I am the plan manager of a Premium family subscription. I have successfully listened to an hour of audiobooks on my phone. However on the desktop app the audiobooks are showing as locked.

I can no longer find the personalized new releases section on desktop. It used to be under discover I think in search. On mobile you can still find under the bell icon, but it seems gone on desktop.
