Discover Weekly not updating

We're getting reports stating that Discover Weekly isn't updating properly across various devices, with this week's list being almost identical to that of last week. While most people are reporting this only for this week, some say it has been happening for longer.

This issue has not been fixed for me. I still have the same issue. I talked
through it extensively with someone in your support chat the other day and
we were not able to come to a resolution.
