doesnt recognize my ipod

I just purchased the premium and now all of a sudden when i plug in my ipod that i have been using it does not pop up in my "devices" to sync.

says loading playlist are not showing

under Playlist just says Starred loading.......but nothing changes. its been a week shows i have no playlist ? Is it my Iphone ? if I try to create new list and it dissapears ? Help

Free to Premium on 2nd Device

Every month that premium gets billed to my account, my daughters spotify on iPhone (5c) always goes back to Free and we have to dump the app and redo things. This month it will not go to premium at all. Any suggestions?

Can't view song's in friend's 'starred' playlist
