Unable to "offline" songs, even when plugged to PC

My iPhone 4 won't make my Offline mode playlist load to offline, the grey arrow is there, but no loading is made. I have plugged the phone to my computer, thinking I need a better internet connection, but just wont make the music offline. What to do?

Spotify is extremely slow on synch and playing

Usling spotify on iPhone/iPad streaming to appletv via AirPlay = choppy sound arter ios6

Hi, am I the only one using My iPhone and Ipad to stream via AirPlay to My appletv connected to My home sound system? Well on ios5 it worked perfectly, however after updating to ios6 the sound it totally chopped up... Is there a fix for this?
