Spotify goes offline when connecting to wi-fi

Listening to Spotify in wi-fi and then connect to 4G workshops fine. When connecting to wi-fi again, Spotify says the unit is offline. Needs to restart app in iPhone.

Volume isn’t nearly as high as others (i.e, Apple Music)

I’m trying not to leave Spotify, but Apple Music is SO MUCH louder. What’s up with this?! And the settings for music (besides the EQ) doesn’t change much at all for sound quality & volume. I expect much more Spotify.
