I have dowloaded almost all of my playlists and still spotify is consuming 8gb per week. How can this happen? Is there a solution?

Local files not syncing

Not sure what's going on, trying to sync local files. Devices are on the same network but it's just not happening. IOS 10, latest version of spotify PC: Windows 10, latest version. Local files work on PC but on mobile it's just stuck on "downloading"

iOS Push Notifications not working.
