No premium even though i've payed

So i bought my spotify premium today. Like every month i buy it on the appstore. So i get the bill sent to my email but my spotify is still on the free version. I don't know why it isn't getting authorized by spotify.

I am having a problem with the Spotify app crashing in offline mode. I am using iOS 9.3.1 and Spotify version 5501023. I have of course tried resetting my device, to no effect. I have an iPad Air and there are 26.6 GB available unused space.
