Solved!! Correction on subscription end date

i just purchased two 6 month cards from SAMS yesterday, i typed in both pin numbers, when i checked the period of my subscription, it stated that it was only good till April 2020. if my calculations are correct, should it be good till October 2020?

Free trial charged and I didnt turn premium!!!!

I have never been premium and when I tried to with the 3 months free trial it charged me and I did not turn premium.What do I do now? Will I get the money back? Will it keep charging me every month? Why didnt I become premium?
