Reuploading in extreme won't work

I have downloaded all my wanted offline playlists in regular quality but since I have premium I tried to re-download in extreme but it won't work. I tried restarting the app, updating, and undownloading and redownloading. Any suggestions?

Wont sync songs offline

Hi! Im using spotify on my iphone 4s, and its not syncing my songs to offline mode... It will finish syncing and show a green circle arrow thing, and than when i turn to offline mode it goes away and wont ay offline and than when i turnit back online...

Did you remove loudness normalisation??? It's really annoying that I have to touch the volume button after every song!!! Specially when we listen to music in bigger speakers....
