why I can not browse toplists other countries on iOS Spotify client ?

In Desktop app i can browse toplis of any available country. On iOS i can choose one of four countries, but if i choose country different that i'm registered in, then i don't see any playlists at all

When I click on spotify logo in embedded playlist, it launches iphone safari, I have spotify installed, I click open and it launches app but playlist is NOt added. cannot find through search. What am I doing wrong to add playlist to app? Thanks.

I can't listen offline even if I am a premium member

I have been told to start a new thread if I have questions, so here goes. If I search an artist on my Macbook I get far more results than if I use my iPad. Ie I may get 20 or 30 albums on the Macbook, but only 5 or 6 on my iPad. Why is this..?
