I am no longer able to select songs

I am a premium customer & have been for some time. I am no longer able to select songs from my playlist, I can only listen to songs through shuffle mode? Any idea why this is happening?

Only previews of songs play on my play list

I have about 10 songs on a play list and Spotify will play the entire thing once and after it starts repeating only about the first 40 or so seconds play of each song. Closing opening the app does not seem to fix the problem...
