New playlist should be added at TOP of playlists!

Recreating playlists?

I erased some playlists on my iPhone, thinking it was ONLY on the phone that I erased them...BUT...they also disappeared from my Mac...Is there any way I can recreate the playlists...maybe old cache, or some sort of backup file...or in some other way...
