Spotify keeps skipping and stopping with headphones

Recently my Spotify has been randomly skipping forwards , pausing and enabling Siri but this only happens when using headphones. It happens with all songs , both on WiFi and off and I’m a premium user so please help!

Songs start at 10 seconds.

I have spotify on my iPhone and every time a song plays it starts at 10 seconds. I even tried logging out and skiping the song, nothing works.
