Artists featured on songs don't show in the title

I've always wondered why artists featured on songs do not show in the song title? What is the reason for this? Does it have to do with the way Spotify song meta is entered? Example in the screenshots.

Songs in multiple offline playlists duplicated?

Hi everyone, Quick question: If I have the same song in multiple playlists and both playlists are available offline, does Spotify download that song twice onto my iPhone's harddrive? I just don't want to waste space. Thanks, Todd
