Can't log in - Counties don't match

However, they DO Just double checked it, IP and country listed in my profile match. No VPN or any other connections active. Any ideas?

I can't change the country in my account!

Hi, I'm trying to change my country settings to the country my Ip address is located in (its a work computer) but i can't do it in account settings as the FAQ suggests. What should i do? I use the free service, not premium. Thanks

All my playlist has disappeared
