Solved!! My ipad is not recognized on the Devices

My Ipad is not recognized under the Devices, I want to be albe to have my own music under spottify as well and I don't want to pay for something that doesn't work? Help?

IPod - I have a premium membership but spotify is saying my 'trial' is over???

I am unable to access synced music offline on my Ipod since the Spotify app says my free 30 day trial is over, however I have a premium membership. This problem does not extend to my laptop or iPhone which are working fine. How do I fix the problem?

Spotify not working despite active account

Spotify won't work despite having an active account. Everytime I select a track it says I need Premium when I'm a paid up unlimited member. Have tried reinstalling the app and still no joy. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
