Why are all audiobooks locked when I am on a family premium account?

I’m on a family premium account and I am unable to listen to audiobooks as they all seem locked. I should have 15 hours of audiobooks free on this plan. Why does it say I need to pay extra to listen?

Superuser Contribution On my iPhone, there is no audio on any song or podcast selection.

It shows that the song is playing, but there is no volume. Phone volume is fully up. Bluetooth is connected. Other Bluetooth apps (XM) operate fine. The problem is only resolved if I turn off the phone and restart it.
