New iPhone8 has no playlists

I have just bought an iPhone8 to replace my iPhone6. On my new phone when I open Spotify I have no playlists but they are all still listed in Shazam? Where did they go? I thought they should be on whatever device I use to log into my Spotify account?

Wireless EarPods. Both work but not together!

So they’re both paired to my iPhone but only one works at a time! If I click the button on Spotify, it gives me the options to play the left, right or via my phone. I can switch between left or right but can’t get BOTH to work Please help!
