Album artwork not loading for Local Files on iOS

I'm having an issue where I'm getting the generic album artwork instead of the actual album artwork when I upload Local Files into Spotify... Is there any way I can fix this?

I can't log in on my iPhone app because Spotify gives message that "You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days". I've never been out of the US. I can login on the web.Please help.ThanksLee
