Spotify track preview doesn't work

Constantly being logged off

I'm constantly being logged off of Spotify on the app. I wouldn't mind it as much but I lose all my offline playlists and it takes a while to download them all again. Any help?

Songs won't download for offline use

I'm trying to download my songs (all songs not a playlist) for offline use but when I enable for offline use, nothing happens and then switches itself off. I have 9.6GB which is more than enough for all of my music.

How does the offline mode work? If I have downloaded songs to work offline will Spotify choose the downloaded song before streaming? Thus not using mobile data?
