Spotify phantom storage?

I've been having an issue where My Spotify playlist (1 GB) has taken up 4x that amount in storage. Anyone know how to stop that from happening?

Saved songs-playlist disappearing on iPhone

Some songs not playing or stop after 10 seconds

I have an issue where some songs just wont play and others stop after 10 seconds.I have an iPhone 6 iOS 9.2 with Spotify version 4.6.0.1466I have tried to delete and redownload from the app store but the problem persists.It is very frustrating.David

Shuffle from phone to work server

Solved!! Make individual song available offline

Can anyone explain why when I make a playlist available offline some songs don't show the green downloaded icon? For example in the picture almost all songs show the icon but a few including Blood On The Leaves by Kanye doesn't show the same icon.
